VH

Made of premium grade of white aluminum oxide (WA) and treated by vitrified method. Especially, it has good combination and the resistance of outside impact. It also does not break well. Therefore, it uses for EDM surface finishing process after EDM process, edges and deep grooves process. Workpiece material : carbon steel, alloy tool steel, SUS 303 etc.

MF (SMF)

Made of premium grade of white aluminum oxide (WA) and produced by vitrified method. Has soft polishing touch during operation. Less handwork process gives the effective process results and suitable to high hardness of alloy tool steels. *SMF is reformative products.

MS

Made of alumina abrasive grain and treated by vitrified method that tenacity is very strong. It uses in several ways from rough surface to finishing work, because it has good cutting effect. Suitable to general steel grinding

HS

Made of premium silicon carbide abrasive and treated by vitrified method. It is suitable to hard processing stuffs, because the grain is so hard itself and it has a good reproductive feature to make sharp edges.
Process stuffs : stainless steel, hard alloy steel, SUS 400, glasses and non-metal materials

VB

Made of premium grade of alumina grain that plastic is added in the vitrified bonding material. Fast cutting ability with smooth, unbreakable on rough surface, and soft touching used for all kinds of mold finishing work

RB

made of alumina grain compounded plastic that it is suitable to grind hard steel material products. Never remains a scratch and remove the deep processing mark fast. Processing material : beryllium and SKD hard steel material.

BH

Elasticity stone made of fused alumina by using synthetic resin bonding material. Fast cutting ability for the rough surface of mold without scratch. Used for middle or final finishing work after EDM process for the beryllium and SKD hard steel material.

SF

Made of premium grade aluminum oxide by refined vitrified bonding material. It uses to the final finishing work before to use the diamond compound

FS

Made of ceramic fiber compounded with synthetic resin bond. It makes to improve the cutting ability and prevent to break cause the axis of ceramic fiber. Especially, it is suitable to grind for deep and narrow grooves.
